Hello all! I just wanted to introduce myself officially on the website; the name’s Deviation, I am the “Scribe” (as you can see on the sidebar, duh), and I am very happy to be working with all of you! Even though I am the alleged ”prolific writer” around here (50,000-word novel, R.T.?! C’mon!), I do sketch and draw little comics at times. I have a Deviantart account: http://curious-spider.deviantart.com, which I recommend instead of strolling around my blog. (That thing is chock-full of teenage angst. Ooh, so angsty!) Anyway, here’s one of my crappy little sketches. It’s Monster Gummi Bear (a.k.a. MGB) and my characters (reading from left to right): Stedman the cockroach, Monty the Month, Fuego the Hellspawn/demon, and Spider Z (I’m thinking that you can deduce what animal she is…). They’ll all be part of my (hopefully) upcoming webcomics. Hey, I’ve started planning at least! I hope I rendered MGB well! Enjoy as much as possible.

 P.S. The school scanner hates my guts, so excuse the sketch on the next page coming through; I didn’t realize that until after I posted it on Deviantart. I hope it doesn’t detract from my amazing art skills. (Kidding.)

Company blog time? Well. I fell down the stairs and hurted my shoulder bits and my ankle, but as soon as the drugs kick in all will be well. Anyhoo. I’m just stopping by to say hello and that all will make sense (why I’m here doing this and why you should care) very soon my pretties…verrry sooooon

Some folks are probably a-wonderin’ why my staff, my peoples (as it were) are so heavy in estrogen.  I mean, seriously, four broads and one bastardly dude…

 I wish I had some elaborate answer for ya’s, but I don’t.  Papal Petrol Productions, as sexist as our material can be, is really a female run organization.  I think, at this point, I’m kinda here for show, a talking head or something.

 Now, I guess I’m just here to say that I ain’t some kinda womanizer, who’s collectin’ some kinda creepy harem.  I mean seriously, if you met these ladies, could you imagine jugglin’ some kinda wonky, unprofessional relationship with ‘em all simultaneously?  Eat a man alive, I tell ya.

 Honestly, though… I’ve put my feelers out, tryin to dredge up labor, good folks to work with… With the exception of some submitters, all the staff quality folks be women (guys flat out will not respond to my requests).  And shit, finished product is finished product (when that time comes) and I know these ladies and what they are capable of.  PPP, well, we don’t give two shits whether you got testicles or ovaries, what ya can draw, write or spew is what counts.

Allright, allright… So I can never settle on the style I first choose.  But shut up about it, will ya?  Here be the first post on the new Papal Petrol Productions website.  We’ll hopefully be addin’ more shit as we go along, and there’ll be posts (hopefully) from all your favorite degenerate artists involved with our lil’ upstart group here in the near future.
